Is this a group or 1-1 container?
This is a 1-1 container.
How many hours will I need to commit to this each week?
We'll meet each week and depending on where we are in the process there'll be either coaching, strategy or implementation (or all three). You'd need to put aside an average of between 3-5 hours. Once we have a chat you can discuss any other commitments and we can work out schedule.
What if I’m just getting started?
Starting from scratch is actually the perfect time to dive in! It's like planting a tree – you want to ensure it’s rooted deeply so it can grow strong and steady. In Wellness Biz Unleashed, we'll help you build a solid foundation from the ground up.

Yes all coaching and strategy sessions will be with Katy. The team will help build your website.
What if I already have a website?
If you already have a website, that’s fine. We’ll review your current site and make sure it aligns with your brand. If your website needs a refresh or a full redesign, we’ll handle it for you.This means we’ll ensure your design, messaging, and offers all work together seamlessly to represent your business in the best possible way. We’ll do the work to transform your website into a tool that attracts your ideal clients and supports your brand’s growth.
If you would rather work together without the website aspect, that's also fine. Just mention that on our call and we can reduce the cost accordingly.
